As the 2012 Soul Beach Music Festival comes back around, they have booked hip hop icon LL Cool J as a headlining performance during the festivities.
The event will be taking place during Memorial Day Weekend in Aruba from May 23rd to the 28th and will also feature the likes of R&B vocalists R. Kelly, Melanie Fiona and Ledisi as well.
Aruba's Minister of Tourism, Transportation and Labor had the following to say about the upcoming events:
"Aruba welcomes all the fans of the Soul Beach Music Festival for another celebration of spectacular performances and a chic island ambiance under the starry skies and on Aruba's famous beaches".
Before things jump off in Aruba, rapper Pitbull will also be the focal point of performances when he hits the stage for Billboard's 23rd annual Latin Music Conference.
The Conference will be held at the JW Marriott Marquis in Miami from April 23rd to the 26th.
