Sad think is this type of lame music is the only thing the industry promotes for out youth to listen to. Think about it they want our youth to gain no substance now a day from this music. I remember when you could of actually learned something to better yourself from listening to hiphop. There was always a balance now its just all one sided. People really need to think why are they doing this. The only songs tha are promoted in hiphop is songs about killing gang banging selling pussy selling drugs or wasting all your money on bullshit and not saving or investing a penny into anything lucrative. What message are they sending? To the urban youth they are trying to make it seem like this is cool and a way of life that all should emulate this now to a lot w/o the proper upbringing smoked out parents broken homes will cling to this thinking this is te only way to live. Now we all know Urban market doesn't buy records its mostly white youth that actually purchase the music...so what message are they sending to them...they trying to tell them that this is how blacks and people of color live. So as they become adults and they step into the real world their perception of people of color will be that most sell drugs,kill ect.....and they will treat these people as so. The mentality will be "I listened to hiphop all my life I know how those blacks get down" this reinforces fear and supports racism.
