It was just last week that Birdman announced that he'd signed Limp Bizkit to his YMCMB label, and it seems that he's already steam rolling plans for a new collaboration.

The YMCMB head honcho sat down with MTV, where he explained why he signed Limp Bizkit, saying "it made all the sense in the world to us." He added, "We always do that and it's something we want to continue as we spread the label around the world. It's a rock world we're entering but we want to bring them into the rap world — that's what we do, that's what we're about."

Birdman is preparing to release the band's first single next week, "Ready to Go," which is a hybrid he branded "Hip-Rock" and features Lil Wayne on the track.
