Twitter has become a public source for people to say anything they want to anyone, even if what they are saying is negative, mean-spirited, or life-threatening.
Recently Miley Cyrus received some nasty Tweets from various haters. One commented negatively on the beautiful dress she chose to wear for Elton John's Oscar party, while another took things to a whole other level by wishing death upon the young star.
Miley defended herself with some very mature words for her haters and even called out to Twitter to get their site under control and make it safer for its millions of users.
