Maybe Drake had a good reason for allegedly showing up over eight hours late to his photo shoot for VIBE magazine. Maybe he had a good reason for demanding to wear his own clothes - which included a leather bomber jacket - for a Spring issue of the magazine.
Maybe. But regardless, his unprofessional attitude ultimately lost him his opportunity to appear in the February issue.
Lola Ogunnaike, VIBE contributor, remarked on Drake's unprofessional display:
"He was slated to appear on the cover of VIBE magazine to accompany this story [The Dark Side of Aubrey Graham]. But he fouled that up when he arrived more than eight hours late to the shoot and refused to wear any of the wardrobe provided for him. He brought his own clothes, which was mostly Hermès and leather bomber jackets. But it was a shoot about spring fashion. He was going on and on about wearing his leather bomber, and wasn't letting it go. He said the [female] stylist was too aggressive, that he wasn't a model and he wasn't feeling the vibe. He hopped in his SUV and left."
If this is truly how the Young Money rapper/singer was acting, then that's a shame. Don't let the fame and fortune go to your head Drake, for you own sake, it won't have a good outcome. Arriving on a set over eight hours late is never OK, then being difficult and disagreeing with everything that the stylist, or photographers, or whoever, is trying to get you to do, is truly not OK.
Keep your head on your shoulders Drake. You're a very likeable guy, but don't let the fame get the best of you.
