Neighbor Kills and Eats Cat

Usually, screaming, screeching noises stem from a movie or TV in someone's house. On occasion, it's something more serious like a fall or a spider crossing the hallway. This time though, it was a little more serious. 

Jason Wilmert, 36, of California, was arrested for allegedly skinning, killing and grilling stray cats this past week. We're not making this up. 

He is being held in jail on two charges: cruelty to animals and eating an animal commonly kept as a pet (we didn't know this was a law either).

His neighbors were shocked when they initially reported the story, claiming they heard screams and screeches as well as pungent odors coming from the man's house. 

Some of us don't like cats, sure, but this is ridiculous.
