Do you think this happened too soon for such a honor? Michael Jordan has only made TIME once, and Kobe Byrant hasn't been on the cover yet.

The point is that never in recent times or as long as I remember has a cat come from seemingly Nowhere to emerge in difficult giant sport like this.Past experts, pundits galore who follow cats from middle school. And these circumstances were out of a script, only Hollywood isnt that good. I have never seen this before in basketball, maybe baseball.

They just are trying to capitalize off the hype by selling magazines. People are amazed because he plays well and he's asian. You never see that so to some people it's like seeing godzilla. All the little asian kids will buy his jersey and dream of being cool just like him.

It's not because he's Asian, It's the same type of Hype that Lebron, Kobe, Jordon, Etc got when they 1st came to the NBA, Every player that comes in the NBA a does good get Hyped up....
