Lindsay Wood, a devout Christian, fought her attacker not with punches and kicks, but scripture from her bible.
The woman managed to force a violent, capricious assailant out of her home by merely reading verse from her bible. This all occurred while her throat was already cut.
The attacker eventually left, even apologizing for the attack and leaving Ms. Wood with 20 stitches after her close call.
