Legendary comedian Roseanne Barr went off on Beyonce fans via Twitter after they attacked her for her comments regarding Etta James and Beyonce shortly after James' passing.
Roseanne tweeted, "I lost ALL respect for Obama when he dissed Etta James in favor of Beyonce. No respect for women at all, I thought-Etta was a hero 2 women. I loved Etta James -and yes that did it for me – He hurt her when she was ill. I have not listened to anything Beyonce or Jay z has said or recorded since they did that to Etta. Their arrogance was disgusting."
Roseanne was obviously hurting over the loss of her friend and idol, but Beyonce fans didn't see it that way and went in on her for saying anything cross about Queen Bey.
Soon after the Twitter war began to die down Roseanne issued an apology, saying "I sincerely want 2 apologize 4 the rude comments I made 2 twitters defending the fabulously talented Beyonce. I reverted 2 stand up slams"
