Jimmy Iovine Speaks Out on Beats by Dre/Monster Split

Beats by Dre announced that they would be splitting with Monster Cables when their contract runs out at the end of 2011, which Jimmy Iovine recently spoke about.
"You're only as good as your weakest link in the ecosystem of sound, of audio. We are purely on a mission to fix audio for every record company for every artist around the world. We have to turn this thing around and we're starting to. I'm happy that everyone else is now jumping in on culture and audio. If anything should be said about this, it's that. The impact that we have had on moving audio forward is that we're taking it out of a downward spiral. When was the last time you heard a kid say, 'I wanna get some Bose for Christmas?'"

you're quite right. Probably the distribution of wtlaeh means even more than 78% of internet connections are in European part of Russia. So I moved Russia to region Europe. (I also considered making Russia a region of its own, or dividing numbers pro rate over Europe and Asia, but with all uncertainties on where Russian requests come from that would probably be just more confusing).

Somebody please help me. I have the beats by Dre's and I'm a sound engineer. Can someone tell me if I should go buy the Bose or stick with beats .

Bose headphones are good... But they're no where as good as the Shure SE 535... Quite possibly the best headphones in the game... Just ask ur fav performer's sound engineer... Em Beats shits are for the birds... & purely marketing...

Shure SE 535 are ear- not headphones......lol I don't know what kind of sound engineer you know but I know a lot and nobody I repeat nobody works with ear- but headphones and they never worked with Shure ear- nor headphones but all they talk about is Bose.........

Honestly low key the best and cheapest Ive heard for the money is my skullcandies. 9.99 at FYE and unbelieveable. Try em and I dont work for em trust. The earbuds are noise cancellors and they are great
