Last year, C-Murder planned to appeal his life sentence after claims of being denied a fair trial.
However at the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals, a three judge panel denied his appeal. C-Murder was convicted in 2009 of killing a 16-year-old in a nightclub in 2002.
