Young Money is diversifying their roster as we enter 2012. The mega label recently signed New Orleans native, PJ Morton.

PJ Morton is a member of the popular band Maroon 5 and the son of legendary gospel singer Bishop Paul S. Morton. As a singer, songwriter and producer PJ is bringing more to the table of soul music as he infuses the elements of many different genres of music

He has a strong history in music both as a solo artist and as a member of Maroon 5. More recently his cover of Lil Wayne's "How To Love" got the streets buzzing with his immense talent.

PJ Morton took to his twitter to make the announcement that he has been added to the YM roster. It was retweeted by fellow YMCMB label-mate Mack Maine and PJ was congratulated via twitter by his band.

The addition of PJ's sound to the label should be an interesting one.
