Tara Reid may be crawling back from obscurity now that American Pie is coming back to the big screen, but she may have been getting ahead of herself by wearing an evening gown out to run errands.
Tara was spotted out in Beverly Hills wearing a skin tight red velvet mini dress with sky high pumps, in the middle of the day while paying the meter and jaunting off to other errands.
It's understandable that she would want to be flaunting her figure for everyone to see, but she could've done that in pants and a shirt.
