Teen Gets Convicted of 'Planking Spree' After Lying Across Cop Car

A 19-year-old from Wisconsin was convicted of a 'planking' spree that included him lying on top of a police car, an ATM machine and a Walmart checkout counter.
Alexander Hart was found guilty of disorderly conduct. 'Planking' photos that were posted on his Facebook page, and on an incriminating YouTube video, were used as evidence against him in court.
When confronted by authorities, Hart said that the photographs were taken 'to get laughs.The teenager claims that his freedom of speech was violated by the action of officers.
Officers have made it clear that they do not want people planking on squad cars.
