Terrell Owens, who is not an NFL roster, wants to reduce the payments that he's making to Monique Reynolds.
T.O's rep says he's simply not getting paid these days. Owens' rep says he wants to make the payments more reasonable, saying:
"His child-support payments should mirror his income today and not be based on his income from over four years ago."
