Nicole Richie looks really pretty without makeup. Also, some of these pictures look like they're really old, and look like they have bad lighting....sorry, just an opinion.

Honestly, some of these aren't that bad. Megan Fox is still seriously beautiful without it. The one of Phoebe from friends is ridiculous. You've picked a picture of her when she was younger for her makeup photo and then a photo of her like ten years later without it. The one of Heidi Montag is just a dodgy picture and the one of the woman diving as well. Make-up doesn't make THAT much difference.
