Citizens of Toronto are banding together to help police arrest 27-year-old Mark Garfield Moore for allegedly gunning down four men in three months.

His crimes have outraged the community, who've broken the "no-snitching" rule that pervades the city's toughest communities, giving police hope that they can break the barriers to stop these senseless crimes.

Chief Bill Blair announced Moore's 56 total charges, while adressing the communities, saying "I also know that these crimes can have a tremendous impact on the communities in which they occur, they cause people to become fearful, people to be afraid to go out and use public spaces."

Police have already broken up a firearm trafficking ring, who were allegedly selling guns to Moore, along with a large drug ring.

Police say alleged accomplices will also be arrested in the near future, bringing the case full circle.
