An L.A. County Superior Court granted Stacey Dash divorce from actor Emmanuel Xuereb, whom she claims beat her up on several occasions.
The divorce was filed in January 2010 by Stacey, the same day she filed for a restraining order against Xuereb. She claims that he hit her multiple times in her face, head and body during their two year marriage, but she was too scared to go to the police for help.
No word from Stacey or her reps on this matter.
