On Kobe Bryant Playing in Italy: "Deal is 95% Done"

The president of the Italian basketball team, Virtus Bologna, said he has an agreement with Kobe Bryant that is "95 percent done" for the NBA super-baller to play for the team during the NBA lockout.
Bryant will be very well paid for his involvement - $3 million for the first 40 days of the Italian league season, a person with knowledge of the negotiations told the Associated Press.
The person spoke on condition of anonymity because the deal has not been signed.

well he's fluent in Italian and French plus real ballers will play anywhere. Imagine here in england we had a premiership football lockout...it would cause serious riots!!!!
