With the 10th anniversary of the 9/11 terror attacks, the nation was on edge, thinking that terrorists would seek revenge with another attack on the anniversary. People were pushed overboard when NBC new's twitter was hacked with messages warning that Ground Zero had been attacked, sending shockwaves across the net.
The Script Kiddies, the same hacker collective that took over a Fox News Twitter account back in July, were responsible for the sickening joke. The tweets were taken down within minutes, as they inflicted panic across the web and the FBI is now investigating the incident.
