Man Wants Refund for $28K in Drinks From Nightclub

A man is suiing the Hustler Club in New York, claiming he was too inhebriated to rack up a massive $28,109 tab at the world famous gentleman's club.
According to the man, the club "wrongfully served [Ilg] excess alcoholic beverages" and he was so inhebriated that he "was no longer capable of conducting financial transactions." He later demanded a refund from the club, but was unsuccessful in getting his money back.
Hustler club would not comment on the matter, but a rival rival Penthouse Executive Club explained how it was easy for patrons to rack up an excessive amount, with private rooms going for $1,600 and dancers making $600-1,000 per hour. The manager at the club added that patrons will wake up with "buyer's remorse. They wake up, they're hungover, they see the credit card bills."
