Victor Burgos a.k.a "R. Mack Milly," a native Brooklyn man, taunted police to "catch me if you can" from his Facebook page. Burgos was a top 10 wanted fugitive in Brooklyn for multiple arrest warrants for domestic violence and harassment of his ex-girlfriend in upstate Utica.
Burgos took his taunting one step further by posting a photo of him walking into a Brooklyn police station, setting the authorities over the edge. Utica police Sgt. Steve Hauck says "He told us via Facebook to come and get him and we did," as they found him at a Bedford-Stuyvesant apartment of Jefferson St.
