Police in Silverton, Ohio arrested a father after he raped his 6-month-old son.
Authorities say 29-year-old Lenny Love raped his 6-month-old son in March. Investigators also say that Love did so while knowingly carrying HIV.
Police arrested Love Friday and charged him with a count of assualt, two counts of rape and one count of a drug possession.
Love is in custody at the Hamilton County Justice Center where he waits for a trial.
