21-year-old Kim Crawford, was recently charged with murder after she beat her 5-year old son on the back and stomach, lacerating his intestine and pancreas in the process.
According to MSNBC, Kim Crawford admited to beating her son for breaking the television while playing a Nintendo Wii video game.
Crawford's defense attorney told the Daily News that she shouldn't have been charged with murder. She says the facts don't establish that Crawford tried to kill her son.
