Toya Wright (formerly Carter) met Lil Wayne before he grew into a "super human" while the two were in middle schoo, where they first started dating. Toya was pregnant with Wayne's child by the time she turned 16 and he proposed to her two years later. Wayne and Toya made their union official in 2004 when she was 20 and he was 21, when he told her he was ready to lay it all down for her.
Wayne's wondering eye got the best of their marriage according to Toya, as it came to light that he was dating several different women. The two share one daughter Reginae.
Toya recently married the "love of [her] life," Mickey "Memphitz" Wright, on June 18th, 2011 in Atlanta. The pair had been in a solid relationship for a few years and had matching "love is pain" tattoos on their ring fingers before making it official.
