Claudia Vazquez, the girlfriend of J-Lo's ex-husband Ojani Noa, was apparently in possession of the intimate home video. She claims that Ed Meyer, co-producer of the project, removed the data drive containing the footage from her house without permission.

Vazquez's attorney sent a letter to Meyer demanding he return the footage.

"You were on notice of the order and using false pretenses, you removed the drive from her house. You have been asked to return it by Claudia Vazquez, myself, and law enforcement authorities. Bring the drive with you to court. We intend to ask the Court to order you to hand the drive to Jennifer Lopez's attorney's immediately."

Meyer agreed to appear in court with the video, but says he won't turn over the footage to J-Lo's attorney, wanting a judge to hold onto the footage instead.
