A Utah man was charged for disorderly conduct after he paid a medical bill with $2,500 in pennies. Jason West allegedly had an outstanding bill of $25 at the Basin Clinic in Vernal, Utah. He went there to dispute the charge and asked the clinic Clerc if they accepted cash and preceded to "dump" the pennies on the counter demanding the staff count the pennies, assistant Police Chief Keith Campbell said. West was later issued a citation for disorderly conduct because it was unnecessary for him to dump the pennies all over the counter. The fine can cost west up to $140 or as the Associated Press says "14,000 Pennies."
