Brittish singer, rapper, writer and producer Jay Sean left Virgin Records in 2008 to sign with Cash Money. His American debut single "Down" topped the Billboard charts and was the first UK urban artist to top the Hot 100. He then followed his success with "Do You Remember" which also rose to the top of the charts, making him the first male artist since 2003 to simultaneously appear at the top of the charts. He is currently working on the follow up 2012 (It Ain't the End) which is scheduled for release in summer 2011.
