NFL baller and "DWTS" contestant Hines Ward found himself in handcuffs early this morning.
Around 2am, Ward and a friend were stopped by the LAPD in a car that had been reported stolen. The "DWTS" stepper and his friend were ordered out of the car at gunpoint and place in handcuffs. Apparently the friend, who was also the owner of the vehicle, had reported it stolen earlier that night.
But, she forgot to tell the cops she got her car back.
Both people were released when the police learned that she was the owner. Police say that Hines was very understanding of the whole episode.
