Lil Wayne Sells $12.9 Million Miami Mansion

Lil Wayne has decided to put his Miami mansion on the market for $12.9 million. According to AOL Real Estate, Lil Wayne is selling his 15,101 sq. ft home on La Gorce Island, which he bought for $14 million almost a year ago.
The 3-level house has nine bedrooms & nine full baths, including a two-story master suite that contains a glass elevator. The Miami mansion also has a three-car garage, swimming pool & a guest house.
Proceeds from the sale might help Weezy pay off his tax debt. As we previously reported, Lil Wayne owes $5.6 million to the IRS.

If we all pools our money together.... we may be able to rent out the TWO STORY BEDROOM WITH A FUCKING ELEVATOR IN IT. Damn that's living big, or at least it was.

I just dont understand why Weezy didnt have a accountant to help keep his taxes paid every year. I always thought that when you are a millionaire your taxes are automatically included indeductions. I just dont understand why soo many owe taxes and are rich. He can hire a stylist as he said to pick out his lame clothes but cant afford to pay his taxes. I think Weezy will be selling more then that home before the IRS is through with him.

If Cash Money is makin so much money from Him, Young Money, Drake, and Nicki Minaj how is he havin ti pay back taxes, he should have this kind of money stashed somewhere just for these kind of situations, stop makin all these bastards with these low-budget hoes you might have the money to pay off your taxes. To have that kind of house is nice but if your not living in it at least 1/2 of the time it's considered a waste especially when your sellin it for LESS than what you purchased it for!
