Gucci found himself on the wrong end of the law again after not reporting an incident to his parole officer that took place in January 2011. On a routine visit to his parole officer, an active warrant for Gucci's arrest was found for an incident where he pushed a woman out of a moving vehicle. At the time of his arrest, he was on probation for a previous assault incident dating back to 2005.
