40 Glocc appeared in court on Tuesday, March 29th, but prosecuters haven't charged him yet.
He was arrested on gun charges after police pulled him over and found a loaded 9 mm gun in a Range Rover he was in.
40 has had numerous run-ins with the police over the years, including getting shot by the police and being targeted in a gang injuction. He released the song F*** The Police.
