VladTV's 25 Most Influential Southern Rappers

Although rap originated on the east coast, there is no doubt that the south has brought the game some of the most influential artists alive today. WIth a broad range of artists and styles, they are all bonded by their thick regional accents, but separated by their musical stylings. Hailing from cities like Nashville, Houston, Atlanta, and New Orleans these artists have been around since the emergence of hip hop. Power groups from the early days like UGK, Goodie Mob, and the Geto Boys gave a platform to artists like Bun B, Pimp C, Cee-Lo Green, and Scarface who historically remain the most influential artists of all time.

This list will break down the 25 top artists in the game based on their fresh lyrics, consistency, record success, and influence.
