Young Buck was charged with being a convicted felon in possession of a .40 caliber pistol and ammunition on Monday. The rapper now faces some serious jail time.



Young Buck has pleaded not guilty to the gun possession charge and has been released on $100,000 bond. He’s also been forced to surrender his passport.

The rapper has a 2004 felony conviction for stabbing a man during a fight at the Vibe Awards, after the man punched producer Dr. Dre.
