I guess the law doesn't look past one's age when being prosecuted for a crime!

Sandor Kepiro, former Hungarian military officer, is being charged with aiding in the 1942 slaughter of 1,200 civilians in Serbia. Kepiro had been living in Argentina for decades, but was found by a chief Nazi hunter for the Simon Wiesenthal Center, where he was on their most-wanted war criminals list.

Kepiro, who turns 97 on Friday, stated that he would like nothing more than to move to Argentina to spend time with his family.
