It seems that Wesley Snipes is actively teaching other inmates about the positivity of yoga, and has requested yoga mats to the PA prison, where he is spending 3 years for tax evasion.
Apparently, yoga is being practiced in many prisons due to it's benefits of teaching stress management...and to correct and amend criminal personality? Governments and prison authorities are now finding that yoga is a beneficial tool that should be introduced in more prisons.
Do you think yoga will change Wesley's ways?
