Apparently so according to Stay Strong Nation.
"The scariest part of PTS is when a veteran experiences symptoms such as flashbacks, or feelings of panic and depression, yet unknowingly brushes it under a blanket of machismo. Veterans either play or have exposure to the games and subsequently feel like they're back in Afghanistan or Iraq in life or death situations. Their heart beat accelerates and they feel a sense of unease come over them."

Stay Strong Nation does not want to demonize the game they are just attempting to warn veterans returning home that the game can cause some strong feelings.

This sounds like bumass treyarch tryna make their game sound so realistic is gives vet's PTS. MW2 is a better game and you'll actually hear people in MW2 too. Black ops audio is disgusting...I only bought blackops because MW2 is so hacked...damn shame...BUMMD
