He is accused of pushing her, trying to break her phone and sending her threatening text messages.
Westchester police responded to the call of a 40 year old woman who was alleging domestic violence at the hands of Funkmaster Flex. When police arrived on the scene Flex had already made his escape but was apprehended a short time later. He was charged with harassment, aggravated harassment and criminal mischief.
He has been released on $500 bail and has been issued a temporary restraining order to stay away from his victim.
