Sandra Avila Beltran has it her way even when locked up.
Mexican drug cartel Sandra Avila Beltran aka "Queen" got a Botox injection during a visit from a doctor. Mexico City's authorities say a doctor was improperly let in to the prison in January to perform what they call a "procedure not authorized for inmates"
This really doesn't come by surprise for the person who is the top decision maker for the Mexican gang Sinaloa.
