A man who goes by the name of "Iron" Mike Landrum sued Tyson for $115 million over use of the "Iron Moniker".
Tyson's legal team filed a motion to dismiss the claims Landrum has made. They say the trademark suit is without merit on different levels - including the fact that no one has confused a 58 year old man who last fought in 1985 with "one of the most famous & recognizable boxers in history."
Both legal teams are due back in court January 31st.
