Will & Jada Smith have a "temporary" NY crib that they have been renting for a whopping $55,000 per month. The apartment is 7,236 sqare feet, 5 bedrooms, 6.5 baths, 4 fireplaces and 2 balconies. The unit was originally selling for $19.5 million.

Yall need to own a mofo house. You rent homes in NYC when you got big paper so you don't pay BIG REAL ESTATE TAXES on it. Everyone w/ dough in NYC rents even if it's long term, it's cheaper in the short or long run.

Will Smith and jada probably just needs this place for a little while until they do whatever they are trying to accomplish in NY. Their daughter could be the reason for such a move. But they have the money. Let them spend it on whatever they like It's theirs.
