A Philadelphia author Charles Harris claims Oprah is a biter!

He says he sent her 10 copies of his book "How America Picks Her Presidents" and that on a February 16th 2009 episode of her show she directly lifted questions he asked in his book.

He claims - "the language and structure of the questions were exactly the same and that Oprah was also highly praising of the information contained in the booklet."

Oprah's spokes person says they haven't heard anything about a lawsuit but Harris is seeking $150,000 for each unlawful use of his material.
