NYPD Finds C-4 Explosives

A note was left on a police car outside of the 9th precinct which mentioned the explosives. Officers raced to the scene of a cemetary and they found C-4 buried in a black duffel bag with no ignition device. The officers admitted they didn't expect there to be real explosives. An officer on the scene said they are assuming the explosives were a movie prop when the cemetary was once used as a set because they were wrapped with a label that says "explosives".
