A Tennessee Democrat Bart Gordon's panel is releasing a report on "climate engineering" and says the subject is "starting to get some attention" and "The more you know about it, the more you're concerned about if we can ever implement it. However, there may be a point where we're up against the tipping point and the consequences of climate change are even worse."

every 13,000 years there is a severe climate change be it hot or cold. has been going on for millions of years.... we'll all be fucked anyway so US fucking with the weather is probably our only hope at continued life on this planet.

Nikola Testla created this instrument and of course its gonna be abused. Its a giant microwave that heats up the upper ionesphere and it can reek havoc where ever ya want to send it.

its not just USA that have these, Russia, China and UK all have them as well... (RUSSIA was the first to create one). they work by sending out different radio waves that alter weather and other things
