He is placed on paid administrative leave, he admits his guilt, gets convicted, gets probation and now he wants to be compensated for his injuries?!?!

The officer in question Matt Mitchell was driving 126MPH while texting, emailing and on the phone with his wife through after Thanksgiving Day traffic when he struck a car carrying two women, both were killed instantly.

Mitchell was paid his full salary for two years while he was on leave. He plead guilty to reckless homicide and reckless driving and was only given 30 months probation and is now demanding pay for his injuries. Only in America...

"I wouldn't have filed the case if I thought it was frivolous or didn't have merit. People get hurt at work all the time. It's our job as lawyers to help people with the difficult and complicated administrative process of worker's compensation." - Kerri O'Sullivan (Mitchell's Attorney)
