Joe Budden Denies Scamming Rapper, Claims It Was A 'Scam Artist'

This morning, a Jersey rapper named Abwon had a video on VladTV claiming that Joe Budden accepted money for a verse that he never sent out (see video below). An hour later, Joe Budden addresses the video on his twitter page and claims that this was the work of a 'scam artist', and suggests that future verse buyers talk to the artist before sending their money.
