Back in the 60's boxing promoter Don King used to run an illegal bookmaking operation. He also was charged for killing two men in separate incidents. One guy was trying to rob one of Don's gambling houses. King shot him in the back and was later determined as a "justifiable homicide". In another case, one individual owed King $600. That man was stomped to death by none other than Don King himself. He ended up only doing 4 years in prison due to the judge reducing his charge to "non negligent manslaughter". This mugshot could of been taken for any of these events.
