In September of 2009, Nas and his brother Jungle was pulled over by Georgia police. When the officer smelled marijuana in the car, Nas was asked to do 4 field sobriety test, all of which he refused to do. Police found bags of weed on Nas and Jungle, and Nas was charged with DUI. Nas admitted to smoking the ganja 2 hours before getting pulled over.
