Kimora Lee Simmons, wife of music mogul Russell Simmons and Baby Phat boss was arrested in NJ in July of 2004. Kimora refused to pull over to police and led them on a 2 mile chase. When she finally did pull over, they found a small amount of the ganja in her car.
