In 2001 Russell Jones aka ODB pleaded guilty in April to drug charges and was sentenced to 2 to 4 years in prison. In July 1999 police found cocaine and marijuana in Dirty Dog's car after was pulled over for running a red light.

I read your comment and just realized how we lost ol dirty, and Guru, two artists I was a fan of. Looking at Tupac and Nate Dogg's pictures is like reliving my youth. And now looking at T.I, Wayne and Cassidy's pictures, I'm hoping we learn from the past. Stay up, or better yet stay out. Peace

R.I.P. ODB. Somehow he booked a show I was supposed to go to at Toad's Place in New Haven, CT but had to cancel because he was on house arrest and couldn't leave the state..LOL! Gangstarr performed in his place a week later. Rest In Peace ODB and Guru!
